HealthTrack is provided only for its two named owners. Do not share an account, attempt to access the other owner's private record, or upload information about another person without their authority.

Not medical care

The service offers general wellness tracking and appointment preparation. It does not diagnose, rule out disease, prescribe, determine that a blood test is required or replace a GP or other qualified professional. It does not monitor emergencies. Wearable, nutrition and workout data can be incomplete or inaccurate. AI output can also be wrong. Verify uploaded results against the original report and take clinical decisions to an appropriate health professional.

My Health Record

My Health Record documents remain subject to Australian law and the record owner's access controls. HealthTrack must not be used to obtain another person's record or for employment or insurance decisions.

Availability

The service and third-party integrations may be unavailable, delayed or changed. Keep authoritative records with the original provider or government service and do not rely on HealthTrack as the sole copy.
